Today is the final day to turn in your Florida trip deposit. This is the only way to reserve a seat on the bus. An announcement will be made regarding the final payment schedule in the coming days.
We are extending the turn-in date of the down payment for the Florida trip to Oct 30th for two reasons:
1.) To clarify that the down payment IS refundable if the number of attendees is too low causing the last payment to be very high and
2.) We will make a lot of decisions about the trip based on this first down payment. We will have a better picture of the final cost of the trip. When we check our numbers on Oct 30th , if the trip goes over our projected costs, we will cancel the trip and your down payment will be returned. By the time the second payment is due, those going on the trip will be locked-in and money will not be returned.

Don't panic. There is nothing new on the calendar but it is such a busy and unusual week that I thought I'd put out a reminder.
Monday - Dress Rehearsal for the Wind Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble 3:45-5pm
Tuesday - Marching Band to perform at GTCC 10:45-11:15am
Marching Band Rehearsal Cancelled
Wednesday - Chipotle night (Fundraiser) 4-8pm
Thursday - Marching Band Rehearsal 3:45 - 5:30pm
Friday - Away Game at SWGHS Report 5:10 if you want food. Leaving at 5:30pm
Saturday - Marching Band Performs at Jamestown Library in the Morning and again in the afternoon for the UNCG Homecoming Parade
Schedule for this week:
Monday - We will report at RHS for the game at 6pm. Away style dress – along with jackets and other warm/appropriate clothing. “stay warm and dry”.
Tuesday - practice will be cancelled.
Wednesday - Dress Rehearsal for Concert band and percussion ensemble.
Thursday - Regular practice
Friday – Homecoming at RHS
